The Hive Hotel
Concept:
Accommodate the needs of business women travelling alone to Miami’s buzzing business district, Brickell.
The Hive Hotel caters to women who are independent, capable of anything, and deserve to be pampered, even on business trips.
The hotel’s underlying inspiration is the honey bee, relating to how bees are self-sufficient and fend for themselves, and the hierarchy of their whole existence is devoted to a queen. The hotel guests are that queen bee.
Each guest can visit the spa or hotel boutique and pamper themselves with honey-infused beauty products perfect for relaxing after travelling. Hexagonal patterns are seen throughout the 10-story space as a direct correlation to the honey bee. While a pastel color palette is indicative of Miami architecture.
